If you’ve landed on my site, you’ve probably noticed Showit is the primary website builder I work with. I’m a huge fan of Showit, but more importantly, I want to make sure it’s actually the right fit for your business.
Showit is a great fit if you:
– Run a service-based business (photographers, creatives, coaches, wellness pros, restaurants, etc.)
– Want a fully custom site where mobile and desktop can be designed independently of each other
– Care about beautiful visuals and branding
– Like the idea of editing your own site easily after launch (I will provide a screen recorded tour of how to edit your site after we launch)
– Want total creative freedom with layout and design
– Value great customer support
Who it’s not for..
Showit might not be your best match if you:
– Need a robust e-commerce store with lots of products or inventory rules
– Rely on advanced backend tools or apps
– Are looking for the cheapest possible option
Speaking of price, how much does Showit cost?
Showit plans typically range from about $24–$39/month, depending on whether you need blogging features and how advanced your setup is. There’s also a free trial, so you can explore the platform before committing.
If your business revolves around online product sales, something like Shopify is usually a better fit.
Something else to keep in mind: Right now, Showit works best when editing your site in Google Chrome. Chrome is my preferred browser anyway but I always like to mention it ahead of time as an FYI!
Anyways, if you’re still unsure if Showit is the right platform for you, I’m here to help!
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re wondering whether Showit (and Pixel City) are right for your business, reach out. I’d love to learn what you’re building and help you decide your best next step.
